He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Walter and Vivian Hazel Dorn (Vincer). He is survived by: his wife Karen of West Brooklyn; his children, Darin Dorn (Johnnice) of Ashton and Dawn Palmer (Chad) of Rockford; his stepson Robert Backer of Rockton; his grandchildren, Ellah, Audree, Luke Dorn, Karsyn and Tyson Palmer; and his sister Pearl Miller.
