It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Burke (Rochelle, Illinois), who passed away on July 6, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Burke and June Burke (Musselman); his grandson Adam Herbert; and his nephew Scott Burke. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Donald C. Burke, Jr. of Rochelle, Joseph Burke (Nancy) of Rochelle, Jeff Newman (Kelly) of Rochelle, Suzanne Burke-Wolf of Wynn, AR and Ginger Rogers (Kevin) of Rochelle; his siblings, Dennis Burke (Nola) of Rosco, IL, Robert and Kathleen Whitney (Curt) of Rochelle; his grandchildren, Sophia Burke, Jessica Chapman (Brian), Taylor Rogers and Andy Newman; and his great grandchildren, Deacon Chapman and Cheney Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
