He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lemker of Des Plaines and Robert Lemker of Richmond; his granddaughter Delanie Lemker; his parents, JoAnn Lemker of Crystal Lake and Charles Lemker of Crystal Lake; and his sisters, Jill Bartlett of Crystal Lake, Julie Carlson of Colorado Springs, CO and Jo Kesl-Dewees of Rochelle.
His family suggests memorials in honor of Dale be made to the American Diabetes Association, 30 N. Michigan Ave, Suite 2015, Chicago, IL 60602 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
