He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Allen and Gladys Allen (Ross); and his daughter Jodie Lynne. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Butler; his daughters, Jill Doubet (Craig) of Towanda, IL and Stacy LeFevre (Mark) of Ashton; his grandchildren, Michael LeFevre (Amber), Christopher LeFevre, Lisa Apple (Steven), Andrew LeFevre (Andrea), Caleb Hopkins and Joshua Hopkins (ReAnna); his great grandchildren, Ella, Savannah, Bryar and Emry; and his brother Lyle Allen (Ruth) of Ashton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ashton Rescue.
