He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny James and Clara Louida Patterson (Walker); his wife Bernita Ann Johnson; his sons, Gerald Williams and Billy Ray Williams; and his siblings, Edward, Robert, Reno Patterson, Kathryne Rhodes and Dorothy Lambert.
He is survived by: his children, Clara Buri, Constance "Connie" Wirtz, Clyde Patterson and Kathy Davis (Jesse); his grandchildren, Chrissy Norris, Stephanie Hannenbaum, Anthony, Arden Williams, Bridgett Douglas, Erick, Kyle Ware, Christopher, Jennifer Purdy, Colton, Zachery, Seth Patterson, Amber Robins, Hayley, Kylee and Austin Davis; and his sister Bessie Holt. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
