She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Sr. Burger and Joan Burger; and her sister-in-law Shelley Burger. She is survived by: her children, Nicole Carter (Eric) of Monroe Center, IL, Tyler Rosenkrans (Angela Ahearn) of Gallatin, TN and Shawn Rosenkrans (Ally Miller) of Sycamore, IL; the father of her children Ken Rosenkrans of Rochelle, IL; her grandsons, Austin and Colton Carter; her siblings, Rick Burger (Laura), Robin Burger, Dean Burger, Mel Burger (Deb), Lori Scandroli and Cathryn Denear; and her pet Hunter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to cover memorial expenses, with any excess funds being donated to Serenity Hospice & Home.
