He is survived by: his wife Judy of Monroe Center; his children, Cori Hendrickson (Jacob Smith), Jaime, Katee, Jessica, Cameron and Mitchell Hendrickson; his grandchildren, Kasper Smith and Rowan Smith; and his siblings, Yvonne Wiley, Jan Roderick (Jim) and Diane Richards (Harlan).
