He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Collins and Mildred Collins (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Nona Collins of Emmetsburg, Iowa; his children, Mark Collins (Penny) of Crest Hill, Illinois and Sheri Freeman (Kort) of Emmetsburg, Iowa; his grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, Clayton, Allison and Seth; his great grandchildren, Avery, Bailey and Levi; and his brother Jack Collins of Hollister, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and friends.
