She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl W. Hammond and Esther L. Hammond (McClain); and her siblings, Sandra, Carol Goatcher, Howard, Harold, Harlen and John Hammond.

She is survived by: her daughter Erika Robertson (Jacob Ussery) of Rochelle; her grandchildren, Taylor and Cameron Robertson; her siblings, Larry Hammond (Mary), Bill Hammond, Beulah Skelt and Dorothy Johnson (LaVerne); and her pet Marley Jo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
