The passing of Angie Agnos of Rochelle, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 16, 2024 at the age of 89. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Spiro Stavrakas and Stamata Stavrakas (Glenis); her son Michael; her sister Helen Poulos; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Poulos and Judy Stavrakas.
She is survived by: her sons, Peter N. Agnos of Rochelle and Gregory N. Agnos of Tempe, AZ; her brother Paul Stavrakas of Rochelle; her nieces, Stephanie Teta (Michael), Cindy Bemister (Tom), Debbie Korompilas (Michael), Dawn Peters (Joe) and Lisa Stavrakas; her nephew Scott Stavrakas (Rose); her granddaughter Jobina Smith (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Peter, Ethan and Gregory; and her close friend DeWayne Adams of Davis Junction, IL.. She is also survived by many great nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. George Greek Orthodox Church (320 S 2nd St, DeKalb, IL 60115). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Angie's memory to St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
