He is survived by: his parents, Robert Waters and Donna Waters (Herrmann) of Steward, IL; his wife Angela Joy Seebach of Ashton; his children, Aidan Ellsworth, Alyssa, Austin and Avamarie Waters; his mother-in-law Beverly Seebach of Ashton, IL; his brothers, Matthew Waters (Jan) of Lindenhurst, IL, Mark Waters (Lisa) of Batavia, IL and Michael Waters (Dee) of Escanaba, MI; and his sister-in-law Lisa Munson (Jeremy) of Rockford, IL. He is also survived by three nieces and a nephew, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
