He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Mullins and Ethel Mullins (Bennett); and his siblings, Everett, John, Earl, Danny Mullins, Maxine Bradbury and Louise Mullins Shimer.
He is survived by: his wife Alyce Mullins of Robinson, IL; his son David Mullins; his daughter-in-law Keri Mullins of Robinson, IL; his grandsons, William F. Mullins and Benjamin David Mullins; his sister Mable M. Inboden; and his sisters-in-law, Cleo Mullins of Robinson, IL and June Mullins.
