He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzo Lee and Dollie Pippin (Spain); his wife Shirley Van Winkle; his son James Gregory; his daughters-in-law, Janice Pippin and Jennifer Pippin; his granddaughter Cassandra Pippin; and his siblings, Christine Dudley (Carl), Maxine Newton (Vernon) and Charles.
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Antje Pippin), Steve (Karen Pippin) and LaDonna of Robinson; his son-in-law Craig Waggoner of Robinson; his brother John Pippin; his grandchildren, Jamie Pippin (Dena), Joseph Pippin (Carrie), Jonathan Waggoner, Katie Odom (Carl), Kaylie Walls (Zak), Steven Pippin (Jessica), Jayce Waggoner (Hannah) and Kristi Ham (Steven); his stepgrandchildren, Erica Anderson (Jeremy), Chad Gindelberger, Jack Boldry and Joe Cook; his great grandchildren, Sarah Pippin, Grayson Pippin, Julian Pippin, Khloe Walls, Bentley Waggoner, Kynlie Walls, Cayden Waggoner, Walker Odom, Carson Odom, Scottie Pippin, Henry Pippin, William Steven Pippin and Evelyn Walls; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Rhianna Moss Waggoner.
Memorial donations may be made to the Ark of the Covenant Soup Kitchen, Crawford County Animal Shelter or Lawrence Crawford Association for Exceptional Citizens with envelopes available at the funeral home and at the graveside service.
