He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria "Jean" Kemper; his parents, William Richard France and Lois France (Goodwin); his granddaughter Jenny Woods; his brother Jack France; his parents-in-law, Jack and Esther Kemper (Newlin); and his sister-in-law Jackie Goff.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Woods, Jolene Smothers, Jason France (Christina) and Marie France (Ron Tidwell); his sisters, Melba Sue Metzler, Phyllis Martinez and Nancy Gale Rodriguez; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie, John Russell and Norman "Junior" Goff. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "Riley Hospital for Children", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
