He is survived by: his parents, Chester Moore and Grace Moore (Strohl); his spouse Phyllis (Apgar); his children, Diana, Russ Ehlers of Elliot, IL, Cathy, Virgil Gifford of Caldwell, ID, Teri Allman of Robinson, IL, James, Tammy Moore of St. Charles, MO, David Moore of York, PA, Philip and Karen Moore of Mascoutah, IL; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Ryann, Brock, Travis, Austin, Dilan, Michael and Kaytlin. He is also survived by his 7 great- grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, and 10 step-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
