She was predeceased by: her mother Judith Lackey (Barger); her grandparents, Charles White, Clyde and Irene Lackey; her great-grandparents, Ellis and Mary Wisdom; her stepgrandfather Lloyd Thompson; her uncle Mike Rowe; and her great-aunt Betty Culpepper.
She is survived by: her father Alan L. Lackey Sr.; her stepmother Doris J. Lackey Sr. of Robinson, IL; her brother Alan L.; her sister-in-law Kara Lackey Jr. of Yale, IL; her sister Melissa Ann Raines of Owensboro, KY; her grandmother Velma Thompson of Robinson, IL; her aunts, Lisa Rowe of Robinson, IL and Donna Rowe of Palestine, IL; and her uncle Don. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
