He is survived by: his grandparents, Harold and Sharon Turner; his father Jeffrey Turner (Tiffany); his siblings, Kash, Addison and Avery; his aunts and uncles, Dawn Peak (Steve), Sherry Woodard (Ryan) and Nikki Foley (Rich); and his cousins, Brandon Woodard (Tiphany), Brody Woodard (Carlee), Miranda Sabotta (David), Megan Foley, Zachary Peak and Hannah Foley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pekin Salvation Army, a place Tyler was supported and encouraged by.
