He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Manning and Letha Manning (Snider); and his sister Ruth Ann Comer. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Manning (Thomas); his daughters, Robin Shryock (Scott Eichhorst) of Olney, IL and Torie Manning of Robinson, IL; his granddaughter Delaney (Ethan Steber) of Claremont, IL; and his son-in-law Jason Shryock.
In honor of his years of service to the organization, memorial contributions may be made to the "Crawford County Historical Society".
