He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Carter; his wife Amy K. Carter; and his father-in-law Lawrence "Lon" Alspach. He is survived by: his father Robert Carter; his mother-in-law Doris Alspach of Robinson; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Alspach (Mindy), Edward of Robinson, Darlene Ganster (Steven) and Sharon Alspach. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pulliam Funeral Homes - Robinson (1005 W Main St, Robinson, IL 62454). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
