He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorrain "Archie" Dorn and Imogene Dorn (Helregel); and his daughter-in-law Gabrielle Dorn. He is survived by: his children, Eric Dorn of Robinson, IL and Treena; his son-in-law Mark Stephens of Robinson, IL; his grandchildren, Brooke, Jed Kamplain, Braden Stephens, Kaitlyn Stephens and Collin Johnson; his great grandchildren, RaeLee Kamplain, Jericho Kamplain, NovaLynn Kamplain and Thea Kamplain; and his sisters, Melanie and Mary Melinda (Randy Wilson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
