She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Miller and Edith Miller (Kerner); her husband Bobby D. Koontz; her son Phillip Koontz; her grandson Logan Cunningham; her great grandchild Logan Cunningham; and her siblings, Maurice, Ed, Roscoe, Bernie, Ralph and Sarah Miller.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary (Rita Koontz) and Anthony "Tony" (Debra Koontz); her daughter-in-law Anita Koontz of Robinson, IL; her grandchildren, Lisabeth Bledsoe, Wendy Zawodniak, Toni Lynn Koontz, Amber Schlinslog, Tammy Ray, Pamela Kelly and Jennifer Jibben; her great grandchildren, Zach Simmers, Nycole Hose, Drew Bledsoe, Daniel Barnbrook, Ethan Zawodniak, Landon Zawodniak, Benjamin Zawodniak Steven Kelly, Britney Osborne, Dillon Kelly, Makayla Jibben and Conner Jibben; her great great grandchildren, Hayden Osborne, Phoenix Osborne, Alecea Campbell, Shyan Kelly, Jarek Kelly, Elijah Kelly, Anabella Kelly, Aaron Schlinslog, Killan Schlinslog and Isaiah Simmers; her siblings-in-law, Lowell Wilson of Newton, IL and Adeline Miller of Newton, IL; her sister Linda; and her brother-in-law Larry Warfel of Casey, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
