He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Outcalt and Margaret Outcalt (Rowe). He is survived by: his cousins, Joann Thompson, Robert Thompson (Josie), Don Thompson (Patty), Raymond Thompson (Eilene) and Don Rowe (Donna); and his close friend Angie Price.
