He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Moade (Adams); his children, Aimee (Chris Weber), James (Karrie Moade) and Lacee (Patrick Keller); and his grandchildren, Conner, Megan, Cydnee, Peyton, Pierson, Palmer, Aria, Adler and Ayla.
Memorial contributions may be made to his grandson Conner's volunteer fire station, "Edge-Scott Fire Protection District".
