She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Starla Cook; her daughters, Candace Cook and Holly Cook-Graver (Ann); her grandchildren, Ashley Cook and Mitch Cook-Graver; her great grandchildren, Matthew and Sydney Patenaude; her sister Karen; her brothers-in-law, Gary Lesch and Bret; and her great grandchild Pam Angel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including a special nephew.
