He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Levesque and Catherine Levesque; and his siblings, Joanne Healey, Walter Levesque, Jr., Dennis Levesque, Dorothy Conrad, Carol Murtaugh and Kathy Urbanowicz.
He is survived by: his significant other Joanne Boisvert; his children, Kenneth Page Levesque Jr., Sean Michael Levesque, Daniel Patrick, Deborah Levesque, Melissa, William Langley, Michelle and Bryan Hancock; and his grandson Kenny. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
