She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl R. Bush and Edith A. Bush (Stenzel); and her parents-in-law, John and Elnora Hetzler. She is survived by: her husband David Lee Hetzler; her sons, Timothy Lee (Lori Hetzler) and Mark Ray (Dana Hetzler); her grandchildren, Brad Heilwagen (Sara) of Smyrna, TN, J. D. Hetzler (Allison) of Springfield, MO, Ross Hetzler of Robinson, IL, Conner Hetzler of Maryville, MO and Darren Hetzler of Kansas City, MO; her great grandchildren, Adam, Alison Heilwagen, Madison and Peyton Hetzler; her sister Earlene; her brother-in-law Larry Higgins of Robinson, IL; her brother Richard Bush of Jacksonville, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Lamar and Barbara Hetzler of Robinson, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
