It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Dean Griffith of Robinson, Illinois, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Griffith and Velda Griffith (McCrory); and his son Andrew James Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Banko; his children, Tim (Rebecca Griffith), Rebecca (Jonathan Long), Angela Marx of Lexington, KY, Elaine Gower-Clark (David Clark), Kathy Bement of Decatur, IL and Melissa Gower (Eddie Cargo) of Robinson, IL; and his grandchildren, Abigail Griffith, Gracie Griffith, Reagan Marx, Patrick Marx, Zoe Marx, Rose Griffith, Bethany Griffith, Grace Gower and Katelyn Bement.
Memorial contributions may be made to "St. Jude Children's Research Hospital" or "Project Linus", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
