He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Paul, Marilyn Kocher, Patricia, John Cogswell, Michael and Diane Hanson; and his great-great-grandparents, Winfred and Patricia Pethtel.
He is survived by: his parents, Austin Meadows and Laura Meadows; his sisters, Alana, Raylnn and Rylenn Meadows; his grandparents, Mitzi, Todd Hanson, Doad, Crystal Cogswell and Linda Smith; and his great-grandparents, Bruce, Cathy Meadows and Sharon Hanson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to "Austin Meadows" or "Laura Meadows", who will use whatever is collected to purchase supplies for the CMH OB Department.
