He is survived by: his wife Karen Callaway (Benedetti); his children, Richard Dale "Rick", Jolene Crippes-Callaway of Palestine, IL, Michael Dean "Mike" and Allyson Callaway of Robinson, IL; his grandchildren, Cameron Callaway, Courtney and Derick Davidson; and his great grandchild RaeLynn Davidson.
