He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Shelby and Rosemary Speedy (Estep); his son Devin Shelby; and his stepfather James Speedy. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra LeGrand; his daughter Joni LeGrand; his son-in-law Cody Mendenhall; and his grandchildren, Alexa LeGrand, Maycee Decker and Lillian Decker.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hardinville Cemetery (4142 N 575th St, Robinson, IL 62454).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to "Goodwine Funeral Home".
