She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Lawrence Anderson and Jennie Anderson; her husband Donald V. Swenson; her siblings, Virgil Anderson, Cyril Anderson, Rev. Glen Anderson and Doris Grumish; and her stepgrandson Matthew Schwab.
She is survived by: her daughter Cecilie "Cooky"; her son-in-law K. E. Newell; her son Kenneth; her daughter-in-law Terry Swenson; her grandchildren, Kara (Walid El-Kadi), Kevin (J. P. Newell), Kirby (Jane Newell) and Ethan Swenson; her stepgrandchildren, David Schwab, Stephanie Schwab and Laura Mefford; and her great grandchildren, Amanda, Tammer, Jenna, Jason, Griffin, Jackson, Landon, Carolina, Lochlan, Elena, James and Betsy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
