He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Robert Locke and Maxine Locke (Highsmith); and his parents-in-law, Louis and Edna Seabaugh. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Locke of Robinson, IL; his children, Bob, Dana Locke of Carmel, IN, Brenda and Jason Sutfin of Robinson, IL; his grandchildren, Garrett Locke of Carmel, IN, Jordan, Jake Dietz of Noblesville, IN, Mallory Sutfin of Vail, CO, Macy Sutfin of Lexington, KY and Isabelle Sutfin of Robinson, IL; and his sister Lori Burgess of Springfield, TN.
