He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Bowen and Marjorie Bowen; his spouse Billie (Wirey); and his siblings, Olen Bowen and Donna Bowen.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Johnson, Andy Bowen, Michelle, Gail Heleine and Lisa Hightshoe; his grandchildren, Ethan Bowen, Elijah Bowen, Breann Poole, Brandon Venatta, Mercury Bowen, Malerie Venatta and Matthew Venatta; and his close friends, Ray and Rita Stephens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Memorials may be made to the "American Cancer Society" or to the "National Multiple Sclerosis Society".
