He was predeceased by: his parents, William Weaver and Bonnie Weaver (Rich); his daughter Gina Buetmeyer; and his brothers, Floyd Weaver, Wilmur Weaver and Jim Weaver.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Henson (Eric Nabors) of Mount Vernon and LeAnna Weaver of Pensacola, Florida; and his grandchildren, Maurice Barnes of Mount Vernon, Izice Barnes of Mount Vernon and Haley Weaver of Mount Vernon. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
His last act of giving was the gift of sight through organ donation.
