He was predeceased by: his parents, Goodman L. "Goodie" and Anna J. Lowther (Buettemeyer). He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lowther (Carnes) of Robinson, IL; his stepchildren, Ken (Mari Sloan) of Cleveland, OH and Cheryl Mitchell of Carmel, IN; his grandchildren, Scott (Tracy Mitchell), Matt (Liz Mitchell), Bryan Mitchell and Kristen Sloan; his great grandchildren, Madison Mitchell, Jack Mitchell, Ryan Mitchell and Charlie Mitchell; his sister Carol; his brother-in-law Charles "Sonny" Musgrave of Hutsonville, IL; and his nieces, Joey Rogers and Cara Bennett.
