We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 95, Emma Bonnell of Robinson, Illinois, born in Bridgeport, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, V. A. Jamison and Nellie Jamison (Rogers); her husband Chuck Bonnell; and her siblings, Bob Jamison, Margaret Wiley, Kate Maus and Audrey Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Greg; her daughter-in-law Donna Bonnell of Carmel, IN; her daughter Rebecca "Becky"; her son-in-law Richard "Butch" Thoms of The Woodlands, TX; her grandchildren, John (Bevin Bonnell), Andrew (Vara Bonnell), Dave (Sarah Thomas), Jeffery (Dawn Bonnell) and Greta (Scott Madison); and her great grandchildren, Nathan Bonnell, Joshua Bonnell, Lilly Bonnell, Kate Bonnell, Penelope Bonnell, Charlotte Bonnell, Mira Bonnell, Tom Madison and Ruth Madison. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Lou was also a member of the First United Methodist Church, Robinson, IL. and a director of the local American Heart Association Board for several years.
