We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 73, Ellen May Fitts of Robinson, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Larry W. Fitts; the father of her children Willis "Bill" Poston; her parents, Ernest E. Collins and DeElda Collins (Colvin); her stepfather Alvia Burton "Eddie" Collins; and her siblings, Everette Collins, Rhoda M. Fitts (Collins), Alvia "Bimbo" Collins and Anna Hawes.
She is survived by: her husband Willis "Bill" Poston; her children, William Poston of Decatur, IL, Michael, Dana Poston of Robinson, IL and Michelle; her children-in-law, Doug Graupmann (Doug Fitts) of Marshall, IL, Michele Fitts (Danny) of Robinson, IL and Heidi Fitts of Oblong, IL; and her grandchildren, Jerehmy Vaughn, Jenny Fitts, Greg Fitts, Samantha Brawner, Brittany Rhoads, Kaley Price, Brock Fitts, Kyle Nash, Dylenn Nash, Jullian Poston, Brayden Nash, Owen Poston and Addison Poston. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the "Robinson Area Food Pantry" or to the "Riley Hospital for Children", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
