He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan York and Virginia York (Kemper); and his brother Jim York. He is survived by: his children, Lacey (John Malone), Jenny (Corey Freels), Daniel York, Austin York and David M. York; his grandchildren, Addison Malone, Hunter Malone, Raiden Malone, Xander Freels, Carleigh Freels, Jake Freels, Connor Freels, Grace Freels, Kayson Catt and Alyvia Wells; and his siblings, Ivan York, Donald York and Sylvia "Darlene" Grogan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
