She was predeceased by: her parents, John Osborn and Vivian Osborn (Benjamin); her daughter Beverly Lynn Shipman; and her siblings, John David Osborn, Jack Osborn, Jim Osborn, Estel Osborn and Dorothy Garrard.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Shipman; her daughter Anita Swaner-Templeton; her son-in-law Steve Templeton; her son Matthew W. Shipman; her children-in-law, Bon S., Brooke Shipman, Justin W. Shipman, Tasha, Dustin Hoffman, Mitchell W. and Jesi Swaner; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Osborn, Thelma Osborn and Annabelle Osborn. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
As a "thank you" for the excellent care they provided Cecily, memorial contributions may be made to "Good Samaritan Hospice", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
