He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton Steele and Wilma Jean Steele (Moore); and his sister Patti Steele-Oliver. He is survived by: his siblings, Tami Steele, Jim Cutright of Paris, TN, Karen, Jeff Neer of Evansville, IN, Randi, Mike Kelshimer of Robinson, IL, Kevin Steele of Robinson, IL and Melissa Loughery of Robinson, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
