He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Tevault (Hollingsworth); and his half-brother Larry Tevault. He is survived by: his father John Tevault; his half-sister Rhonda Hoover; and his close friends, Sherry, Ron Biery and Roger Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
