He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Swaner and Bessie Swaner (Stevens); his wife Donna Swaner; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Swaner, Betty Swaner, Mary Ann Tracy and Frances Byers.
He is survived by: his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Glinda Swaner of Normal, IL; his daughter Susan; his children-in-law, Michael Limpich of Ventura, CA, Jenn Swaner, Rob, Katie Swaner, Meghan, Vince Smet and Ben Limpich; his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Hannah Swaner, Matthew Swaner, Kat Swaner, Ana Swaner, Cullen, Anna Jolley, Kasen Jolley and Kyler Smet; and his close friends, Bill and Darra Beard.
Memorial contributions may be made to "New Hebron Baptist Church", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
