He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Blair and Mamie Pearl Blair (Eaton); and his great grandchild Ellen "Ellie" Schick. He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Tina Blair, Lori Pethtel, Julie, Mike Snearley, Kimberly and Arturo Duran.
