He was predeceased by: his father Felix. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne McCarthy; his children, Brent McCarthy (Krista) and Kim Maloney (Tom); his grandchildren, Kristian, Layla, Kaelyn, Kylie McCarthy, Sarah and Jonathan Maloney; and his brother John McCarthy.
