She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Dixon and Rita Dixon; her sister Veronica Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Bill McDonald and Roger Lavoie.

She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Lush (Bob), Opal Peddle (Albert), Daphne McDonald, Audrey Ghaney (Bob), Myrtle Lavoie, Pauline Park (Dick), Michelle, Edward Dixon, Norman Dixon and Eldon Dixon; and her brother-in-law Hubert Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Genevieve Dixon Memorial Fund.
