It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Butler (Roberts, Illinois), who passed away on November 30, 2017, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Butler and Sarah Butler; his siblings, Mike Butler, Annie Butler, Mary Bradbury and Susie Mercer (Allan); his brother-in-law George Dalton; his grandson Gary French; and his great grandchild Liam Steven Bachelder.
He is survived by: his wife Bella; his children, Annie Dawe (Alex), John Butler (Debbie), Brian Butler (Sheila), Rosemary French (Gerard) and Chantelle Shute (Dean); his grandchildren, Glen Deering (Paulette), Charlene Stone (Glen), Colleen Bachclder (Steven), Dale Dawe, Amanda Andrews (Brian), Dwayne Butler, Bradley Butler (Sherry), Janet Porter (Darrell), Renee French, Katie Shute and Maggie Shute; his siblings, William Butler (Agnes), Jane Dalton and Betty Lake (Gerald); and his sister-in-law Alice Butler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Edward Butler Memorial Fund.
