He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Styner and Ruth Ennefer Styner; his spouse Fleta M. Hodson; and his sons, John and Richard Styner.

He is survived by: his daughter Michaleen Braker (Marvin); and his grandchildren, Kevin Braker (Janice), Karel Hoffman (Nate), Jeremy Styner and Michelle Murphy (Mike).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke.
