He is survived by: his parents, Jim Tibbs and Julie Hoffman Tibbs; his children, Ali Fuller (Carl) and Rolla Sawyer; his siblings, Jeff Tibbs (Jayme) and Jamie Reifsteck (Brian); and his granddaughter Hadlee Sawyer.
