He is survived by: his parents, John M. Bellman and Dorothy D. Bellman; his spouse Mary Smith; his children, Debbie Lindsey (John) of Roanoke, IL, Steve Bellman (Danette) of Secor, IL and Jan Tol (Mark) of Roanoke, IL.; his great grandchildren, Noah, Owen, Eli Willey, Mila Novichenko, Kaia Novichenko and Lauren Tol; and his brother Herschel.
