He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor B. Chioni and Anna Sobberi Chioni; his wife Donna Waldschmidt; his sons, Michael E. Chioni (Tina Price), Rodney A. Chioni (Paula) and Darrin S. Chioni (Kristi); his grandchildren, Ryan Chioni, Cameron Chioni, Kaylin Schumm (Caleb), Loghan Chioni and Mason Chioni (Abigail); his children, Sophia Schumm and Milo Schumm; his stepgranddaughter Amber Reeves; and his children, Riley and Payton Reeves.
A rosary was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Knapp-Johnson-Harris Funeral Home (204 W Husseman St, Roanoke, IL 61561). Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Roanoke (508 W Randolph St, Roanoke, IL 61561).
